About
I’m Christina, a Kent-based artist and illustrator creating joyful, botanical-inspired artwork from my home studio.
My work is rooted in a love of flowers, colour and the little details found in nature. I work by hand in watercolour and gouache, creating original paintings, illustrations and hand-painted pieces with a playful, nostalgic feel- often finished with my signature scalloped boarder.
With a background in textiles, I’ve always been drawn to pattern, colour and traditional craft. I love the slower process of making things by hand, building up layers of colour and adding thoughtful hand-painted details to each piece.
My inspiration comes from flowers, vintage botanical illustrations, folk art and the everyday things I find beautiful. I want my work to feel joyful and a little nostalgic, bringing colour, character and a touch of whimsy into everyday spaces.
Alongside my own collections, I create bespoke commissions, bringing favourite flowers, meaningful details and personal ideas to life.
